SHIPPING POLICY
Spend $100 or more and get free shipping to all 48 contiguous states. We use UPS and USPS depending on rates which are based on weight.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday after 3 to Sunday will be shipped Monday.
We ship out of Ohio; average shipping times are 1-5 days, depending on your state.
RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unopened/vacuum sealed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
